Trick or Treat!

Happy Halloween! We definitely had one, digging into our treasured box of Pierre Marcolini chocolates, brought back from his Paris shop:
From the bottom, clockwise, we have: Amandine Marcona (sugared Marcona almond with a hint of lemon, coated with milk chocolate), Caraïbe (Blend of different origins, 66% cocoa), Cabosse (Blend of beans of different origins, 64% cocoa), Violette (Pure square chocolate infused with violet), Quatre Épices (Brittany caramel with salted butter and four spices), and in the centre, Thé Citron (Ganache with Earl Grey tea and fresh pieces of lemon and lime peel coated with dark chocolate): definitely a grown-ups' trick or treat . . .
