Allium

Bob hates onions (white, yellow, red, the whole lot). And green onions. And leeks. And shallots. And chives. From the allium family, only garlic (which he loves) escapes his bad books.
He hates it when I buy onions. He hates it when I cook with onions.
Somehow he doesn't hate the Bolognese sauce that I make with onions, though.
Sound suspicious? I think so too . . .
