Tallat

I think Bob's missing the great coffee we enjoyed in Barcelona (as am I). The tallats we had during our short visit were universally fantastic--great beans, roasted well, and served in tiny glasses that made them look like the little treasures that they were. How do I know that Bob's pining for a Barcelona tallat? Well, this is what he served up for our coffee break this afternoon:
While our coffees were excellent, as always, there's just no way to recreate a proper tallat without an espresso machine. "You do realise, one of these days we're going to have to buy an espresso machine," Bob said, after we finished our coffees. Yes, it's starting to look that way . . . .
