Bob and I met at Waterloo station this afternoon and walked to the National Theatre to check out their exhibition of entries to the Landscape Photographer of the Year competition,

then we walked along the Thames for a bit,

and wandered up through Covent Garden, where a display of several pumpkins and squashes weighing over 900 lbs each had some passers-by doing double-takes. At first I didn't think they were real, but plaques beside each monster proudly proclaimed weight, location grown, and growers responsible, so these were the real deal!
