Spreading the Joy

I had all sorts of plans for us this weekend, including a conker-off (if, like me, you require an explanation of what exactly that is, see here), a dance involving a man and a piece of construction machinery, and a nearby contemporary arts and design fair, but this cold of mine has turned ugly and so we didn't get around to anything today. Oh, and Bob's come down with the same thing as me now, so our flat has officially turned into cough-and-sneeze central.

It's been a long time since we've been ill at the same time--so far, it's not much fun!
