Bob and I have been ill with that most dreaded of viruses: a computer virus! Our normally dependable laptop has become grouchy, irritable, and downright incorrigible. It doesn't respond well to love; it doesn't respond well to logic; most disturbingly, it just plain doesn't respond at all. Sharing our house with such an attention-seeker has been challenging, but we think that Bob's finally on his way to figuring out how to restore our computer to its usual good-natured self--it's just taking a LOT of time and patience.
