I saw an internet café today with an interesting sign: It seems unlikely that the translucent layer was part of the signage for the previous business, so maybe it was added so that the new sign could be placed on top? While it seems like bad business to leave the sign the way it is and I suspect it'll change soon, I really enjoy things just the way they are!
